"I forgot to post a review at the time but my experience here was so amazing I couldn't just not write a review about it. I always struggle to find shoes that are a perfect fit for me. I came to this store with very little expectations that I would find what I was looking for, I have been going to so many different stores for ages trying to find this very specific pair of New Balance shoes with no luck. I was welcomed to the store by Cassie (I am almost sure that's her name) and she was so kind and patient, she showed me a couple options that were as close as possible to the reference I had. I asked if I could come back for them and she offered to put them on hold for me but never for a second I felt like an inconvenience (which a lot of shoe stores have made me feel). I made sure to come back as soon as I could and walked out with my new favorite pair of shoes. If it wasn't for Cassie I would definitely not have found what I was looking for. Please give her a raise she deserves it!!!!"

"Amazing service even though the guy knew I wasn't buying a pair. He helped me check my size in the same shoe in another colour and then proceeded to check if it was available to purchase online and showed me how. Amazing service. I didn't get his name but was just now. Saturday 14th December 2019 at 12:40pm. He deserves an award."
