Our Lifeline Shops play a crucial role in raising money for our crisis support services in the community. Whether you're a seasoned op shopper, passionate about eco-sustainability, or love the challenge of upcycling, our Lifeline Shops have something that will cater to your interests and style.
Additionally, we offer a FREE donation pick-up service. Simply request a pick-up from your door, and we'll take care of the rest. By donating to our Lifeline Shops, you are not only giving pre-loved items a new lease on life, but you are also contributing to the vital work we do in supporting those in crisis.
At Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney, we also acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional owners of the land throughout Australia, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders – past, present, and emerging. We recognize and value their ongoing connection to the land, culture, and community.

"Nice shop well laid out and most staff are lovely. However one lady is quite unnecessarily rude. I've had a run in with her and also witnessed her treat other customers rudely. No need for it."
"Visited Lifeline today, just to see if I could find any cool used stuff and I happen to overhear one of the workers tell another worker that they should’ve priced a bag at a higher price point to make more money. “We could’ve made more money!” she exclaims, throwing her hands in the air. This was a huge turn off for me as this is a charity op-shop in a low socioeconomic area and I thought the whole idea is to allow those less fortunate to access clothing, goods, and furniture… not to “make money”. I am disappointed at the attitude and values of the workers at this store. I will no longer be supporting this “charity”."

"Not very close to the station. Near Westfield. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Prices are reasonable. Watches are $5-$8. Earrings are $2-$3 and rings are $3-$5. Some items are 25% discounted."
