"I attended the MRI centre and was extremely anxious to have the MRI. The receptionist was friendly and informative from the get go. Meredith looked after me during the MRI she was pleasant and constantly reassured me during the process. I felt calm and relaxed because of this. What a great team to deal with."
"I had a very rude receptionist, who (considering most people would be calling regarding sensitive and emotional matters) spoke to me with sarcasm and proceeded to deep sigh when I asked about basic appointment times. Terrible, terrible service."
"Poor service from receptionists. I have accidental water spill small amount on the floor when opened new bottle water to fill my bladder for USG. I have requested receptionists to put the sign of wet floor after I have cleaned the floor with tissue. They replied as so busy - I am praying all along until the floor got dry finally. Luckily, no one got injured/ had the fall otherwise I will feel so bad. Radiographer is excellent though."
