ECCO Chatswood Chase

"Bought a golf shoes from the store, after 4 months of use the outsole started to crack. Emailed Ecco Australia and was told to bring it back to store. Only had time to bring it back 2 months later and encountered the worst customer service ever. The female staff accused me of causing the crack myself (in her words "you must've kicked something"). She then said it is clearly wear and tear so warranty won't cover. I told her that I don't have the luxury to play golf every week so does that means an Ecco golf shoes only last 6 months? She then responded that most of her customers changed shoes every season. I asked if I could send it in for an assessment and she immediately said no and walked off to serve other customers. Anyway, I reached out to Ecco Australia again about this experience. Totally a different experience. The customer service was great and was given a reply paid address to send my shoes in for an assessment. 2 days later after I posted the item, I was offered a replacement so kudos to Ecco Australia for dealing with this in such as a professional way. Probably won't be going into this store in the foreseeable future."

"Bought shoes from this shop, found it uncomfortable and tried to return it. But they refused the request for refund on the basis that it was worn outside. I did wear it on the footpath for 5 mins to try it out, which deprived me of the rights for a refund? I could not endorse such customer service."

"Received the worst customer service here. They won't acknowledge the fault in the products they sold. ECCO also offers a dreadful customer service here, never getting through phone call, never online Chat and never replied emails. After one month, they finally acknowledge they received my complain email. However they just replied "no changes to the outcome of assessment" -- Excuse me? I was complaining your terrible customer service in this store. Even if the shoes were fine based on your standard, where is the apology for the rude and unprofessional service?"

"The staff promised foam cleaner works on any leather goods. So I bought it and tried it at home. Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all. Instead it cleans off color of my goods. So I went back to return it. The older woman staff has bad attitude and refused to show me how to use it. Also told me they can't return it because I opened it. If I didn't open it and tried, how could I know it doesn't work? They don't try anything to help me or prove it works. It's such a shame. I can't believe such a big company does this kinda awful things to trick customers. Very sad!"
