"HORRIBLE DISGUSTING clinic especially Dr RUWANTHA WEERAKKODY who is one of the most stupid, arrogant, unhelpful and incompetent doctor there is!!! HE DESERVES TO BE HIT BY A FU*KING CAR given his track record of being a very foolish and ignorant person. This doctor is a poor listener and talks over you, minimal knowledge in psychiatry and does not believe personality disorders even exist. Did not believe that I had depression when I have a history of low mood and lack of motivation which is very consistent with depression. He could not diagnose me, told me I ‘don’t have a mental illness’ when I was clearly suffering from severe borderline personality disorder and adhd. Refused to prescribe any medication and was very condescending. He was so bad that I only saw him for three sessions, after finding a better doctor at another clinic who was compassionate about my suffering and prescribed zyprexa which gave me relief, he got angry and challenged me by suggesting the medication is useless and ‘only a placebo’, when it was clearly effective in easing my anger, severe anxiety, psychological distress, and most of the other symptoms of my disorder. I would strongly advise any dissatisfied patients to submit all complaints about this doctor to the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC). If this clinic cares about its reputation Dr Ruwantha should be fired from the job because he doesn't deserve to work here and traumatize any more patients."

"Dr. Vladimir Sazhin is an amazing and caring psychiatrist who goes above and beyond for his patients! I came in for my first consultation today, and I was quite hesitant to come in due to some of the negative Google reviews. However, the clinic is far from what has been described in my experience (I believe some of the harsh feedback might actually be about the adjoining hospital). From the moment I walked into Dr. Sazhin's consult room, I felt safe and comfortable. Throughout the session, he was such a great listener and very understanding. He walked me through possible treatment options catered to my situation and always made sure to hear my thoughts. It is so evident that Dr. Sazhin wants the best for his patients, and I'm so thankful to have spoken with him. The receptionist was also so lovely and courteous - she let me know Dr. Sazhin's clinic days for when I plan to book a follow-up visit. I'm so grateful to have been referred to see Dr. Sazhin. 100% satisfied with the quality of care that the Gordon Clinic delivers. 5/5, definitely coming back if needed!"

"I can see what people are saying with these negative reviews. From my experience, I rang to book an appointment and was on hold for a while. When they finally answered I was told the specialist isn't taking any new clients and is the only adolescent specialist in their clinic. So no we can't see her and noone here can. The secretarys tone was pretty harsh/abrupt and she didnt make any suggestions as to where we can go from here. I understand theyre probably very busy, but there's no need to be what seemed rude and heartless. Especially given the situation people are in when they reach out for help."
