"Drove into drive through we were the only car, could see the attendant on his computer/register waited 2-3minutes. I said excuse me to him and he casually looked up and said I am doing something you will have to wait! Worst customer service ever. Did not get our money, we moved on to Dan Murphy’s where the customer service was excellent. The BWS at the Keysborough Hotel is local for us but they will never get our patronage again."
