"We deserved better treatment than we got, and I can't recommend OMNI to anyone who has ever been late to an appointment. Pre-appointment reminders said to call if we were running late, however they didn't answer the phone multiple times in the lead up to the appointment. Our lateness over ten minutes resulted in OMNI cancelling the appointment, with no flexibility, kindness or compassion."

"Just had an awful experience at this place and would not recommend. I had a past traumatic ultrasound experience around a miscarriage during an ultrasound and always found OMNI to be very caring and compassionate when I changed to their services…until today. My first ultrasound was wonderful, the technology is wonderful, the sonographer seemed caring and gentle and the receptionist made a note that I needed my husband to come into the scan with me due to past experience. Second scan I assumed the same thing would happen. Instead, we arranged childcare and my husband took time off work only to be told that he couldn’t come in with me for the first half. I explained the past trauma, I explained that my needs were accommodated last time and was told it was just their Covid policy and they would not be flexible on that, even for the sake of a pregnant woman’s mental health. The Covid pandemic has officially been declared over and yet they’re still being so inflexible on this?! We walked out as they wouldn’t back down from “the policy” and we weren’t given any other options. We then looked up their Covid policy on their website and it doesn’t even say ANYTHING about partners not being allowed in for the entire scan. What they gained from denying their private paying patient the care she needed is beyond me, other than the power to tell other people what they can and can’t do. For a place so committed to caring about the welfare and mental health of women with endometriosis (according to their Facebook posts), their blanket “policy” approach seems even more incongruent. Trauma from miscarriage is real. Do better OMNI!"

"Worst experience! I travelled over an hour to get to the clinic after encountering a stand still traffic on the m7 I was 9 minutes late. I was told that I wouldn't be allowed to have my ultrasound until 5 hours later. Very unempathetic and unaccomodating! Definitely will not recommend or use in future."

"Highly recommend! Such a beautiful clinic. The administration lady is so kind and patient (which is extreamly rare to come across in the medical reception space). The sonographer was very thoughtful, sympathetic and took her time in easing my concerns. The price is definitely worth it as my experience with a fully bulk billed clinic was HORRIBLE; measurements were wrong, missed findings and they were very rude. I will never go anywhere else; my favourite sonography clinic in Penrith!"
