"Complete lack of communication, blunt and blatantly ignored emails and used “busy” as an excuse, I would have felt a lot better if I was kept in the loop, I was more then patient, very diplomatic, respectful and understanding understanding of the Covid-19 situation but unfortunately Stapleton conducted them selves in a very poor manner, the lack knowledge regarding my personal financial circumstances with knowledge they already had left me feeling not confident in the services they provide. I know we all had a tough rough 2020 and I did empathise, I was more then patient but to blatantly ignore emails and repeated requests to get in contact is was beyond a joke. After many attempts to get in touch with my accountant the only prompt response I got was regarding an unpaid invoice I was a bit slow to pay given the utter disregard to my self as a client. Even after a made it clear to I was not happy with the way the situation had been handled I’m yet to have a response. And to top it off the response to the above review I got asked if I’d like to put my “actual name to this review”....... A more appropriate and professional response would be something along the lines of “We are sorry we have not met your expectations please could you contact us to mitigate this issue” etc........ A delay in payment (which was paid in full last minute) due to complete lack of competency by you guys is I guess just a taste of how it feels to be ignored repeatedly..... hardly counts as “owing money...."
