"I bought a pair of brown shoes at the beginning of the year and within 2 months the colour started fading. After 6 months they almost look white. I've never had shoes that fade before they start falling apart. I told the sales team the problem and all thet could cone up was it was due to water damage!"

I advised shop assistant that this was the 2nd pair that had come away at the toe, and I am trying to avoid tripping, he couldn't have cared at all. Only option he provided was to purchase another pair for $159.00. I don't think so..."

"Well $130 sale, possibly more was lost today..Went in and there was 1 other customer already being served so naturally we waited and were under the assumption the girl would come serve us next...well how wrong were we, 2 other groups of people walked in and she immediately just walked over to them yelling if anyone needed help. This has honestly made me never want to walk into the store again because if this is the type of service given it's insanely poor."
"No customer service, staff more interested in what is behind their desk than helping customers. I have been in there twice and found it to be the same both time with different staff. The last time was yesterday and the only customer in the shop, after about 5 min the Girl working there left the desk to came and ask if I needed anything, I gave her a shoe and asked for my size. while she was gone looking, 2 other customers walked in. When she came back she said that they didn't have my size, gave me the display shoe back and then walked off back to the desk. I waited a min and then left, She still hadn't even acknowledged the other customers."
