"Always pleasant polite staff and service of late. Not sure why all the bad reviews, it's a service station people, you're not going there for a sit down lunch. Fair enough the air hose could be fixed and especially since it's the only servo for a 10min drive. Hardly worth a 1 star review though. Keep improving guys and majority of the time your service is great."
"Great local petrol prices compared to other stations around Whittlesea, Murrindindi and the Yarra Ranges. Also consistent good service for a servo. Other reviews mention a faulty air hose but just checked my tyres and if this used to be the case they have now replaced it with a fully functional one. Thank you customer facing staff at UP Kinglake - we appreciate you!"
"Can't call yourself a service station if the air doesn't work. Air hose has 4 or 5 sections plastered with electrical tape to patch holes. I attempted to fill up my tyres and the machines was throwing error codes. What do you know.... there was another leak in the hose. Advised employee of the leak and if they had any tape to fix the hose. The lady said I would have to buy tape and fix it myself...."
"I am a Kinglake local and for the most part have watched the service at this petrol station go consistently down over the last 10 years. The straw in posting this review for me was going in and been greeted by an attendant on a phone call, not even responding when I said hello, nor saying thankyou, goodbye or anything at all after the purchase.. They just continued to talk over the top of me on the phone. Not that this service is acceptable anywhere (I'd lose my job being on my phone at work, let alone while talking to a client/customer), but you're in a small town, act like it."
"Strange having such a large petrol station pretty much in the tiny village of Kinglake. New, modern, decent clearance for vehicles towing very large caravans with nice level exit and entry points. There is a large concrete apron adjacent to the station where I've seen large buses towing trailers able to pull over for a break. Prices are higher than off the mountain as would be expected. No toilets here which seems crazy as they also have a Pie Face restaurant serving food onsite. There are public toilets across the road as well as a double Electric Vehicle charging station, one of 3 in Kinglake."
