"We visited Superscan for my mother’s chest xray last Saturday. The lady at reception was great and had attention to details. She picked up a wrong piece of personal info on my mother’s referral and fixed it. The technician, Karen was amazing. She had a calm and friendly tone of voice while doing the xray and my mother was very happy. Thank you"

"I had my MRI scan at this clinic recently and as claustrophobic, I was so anxious, nervous, sweating, name all of it before the scan. I told the receptionist that I was extremely nervous and she reassured me that it will go quick. I then told the lady in the MRI room that I was scared and she responded with warmth and understanding! I was teary eyed going in the tunnel but I wore a "helmet" with a mirror on it and it looked like I am looking at my feet and could see the MRI lady across. The lady kept asking through gestures if I was okay and she was giving me smiles during the scan. She was very reassuring and almost feels like my mum was there with me to get through this scary day! I highly recommend the staff they were all so lovely. As I finished, the ladies at the reception asked if I was fine and they were just so accommodating and warm. Highly recommend!"

"Very unprofessional staff and rude. I was waiting for 10 to 15 minutes standing in front of door then after I went to talk with the staff and staff gives me side eyes and they said they are very busy but i had a appointment .they were just attending the phone calls not the walk in residence. This is my first time in Australia i see so negligent in healthcare ."

Very well-equipped and well-maintained imaging center with highly sophisticated and advanced CT and MRI machines. So far the best I have ever witnessed in a Digital imaging center in Sydney. Also, I observed a high standard of professional attire being worn by all the members in the center. Highly recommend and a quality service that you may receive from this Imaging center."
