"I wish I could give zero star to Nick Scali... absolutely nightmare to deal with. No customer services after sales. The first time we purchased their sofa, it took 5 months to arrive. The second time, we purchased the dining table. Two delivery scheduled, both times failed. Pics below dining table come without legs. I'm still waiting for the solution (call or email) from their office."
"I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Nick Scali Furniture concerning the purchase of a buffet on Feb23. The purchase details are as follows: Order Number: MH39533S Product Name: Buffet Upon delivery, the buffet was found to have severe issues, including missing leg frames and a damaged door. I immediately contacted Nick Scali's customer service team to report the matter. However, despite several attempts, I have received no satisfactory resolution. My first complaint was met with assurances that a representative would visit my address to fix the buffet. Sadly, no one ever arrived. Subsequent interactions led to the delivery of a pack of screws, expecting me to repair the buffet myself, which I find completely unacceptable. Additionally, the promised leg frames were not included in the delivery. Throughout this ordeal, Nick Scali Furniture has ignored my pleas for a proper resolution, leaving me deeply frustrated and dissatisfied with their service. As a customer, I firmly believe that I should not be responsible for assembling or repairing a product that was purchased in a ready-to-use condition. I kindly request the Fair Trading Department's intervention in this matter. My primary request is for the damaged buffet to be taken back by Nick Scali Furniture, and a full refund of the purchase price, including delivery charges, to be issued immediately. I expect a response and resolution within 14 days from the date of this letter. I have documented evidence of the purchase, order confirmation, and all communication with Nick Scali Furniture, which I have attached for your reference. I am prepared to provide any further information or documentation required to support my case. I trust that the Fair Trading Department will thoroughly investigate this matter and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to rectify the situation."
"If I could leave zero stars, I would. We organised pick up of our table for today (20th of June). There’s emails on Nick Scali’s end stating such. We gave a courtesy call to the warehouse to let them know we were on our way, only to be told there’s no confirmation of such and that we couldn’t pick it up today as was agreed. The fact that you pay for your product then have to make a booking to pick it up is absolutely ridiculous! Then to be told, you can’t pick up the product you paid for. I really wish I’d read the reviews before stepping foot in that store. Never again will I purchase from them."
"False advertising in sales tactics informing us that there would be a price rise on Sunday if we did not buy before the week ends. Later did we find out that the price didn’t rise but actually dropped. As we know you run promotions from time to time it is impossible to know when one promotion will end and a new one starts (we understand this) However to state to us that it is going to rise in price is misleading and in fact illegal! Then our couch got delivered after we took a day off work for the delivery. The manager said there was nothing he could do (Helensvale store) staff told us they deliver to Brisbane on Saturdays but not Gold Coast! Why should we have to take another day off work for their stuff up!! They should deliver on Saturday for stuffing up the first delivery! They wouldn’t even allow us to get the couch our self on Saturday! They said only Monday to Thursday! Not very accomodating! As I clean couches professionally on the Gold Coast 3-5 per day! I will be sure to let all customers know to never purchase from Nick Scali! If I can let 1000 people know per year then they can spread the word also!"
"As a shareholder of Nick Scali I read the reviews of Nick Scali with great concern. Besides many tales of shoddy service the online response to the reviews is very poor. Resend all your details to hello@ nickscali. Strikes me as uncaring. A customer who has repeatedly tried to contact the store without service now has to make the effort to resend all the details to a generic email address. Judging by the online feedback no response to the email will be forthcoming. The feedback should be taken far more seriously. The feedback makes Telstra look good."
