"DO NOT SEE Dr. Lakshmi Gauthaman under any circumstance! I took my 2 year old there for a due check up and some concerns including a cut he did with glass one night before. She rudely asked me why I went there instead of my normal GP (which is my decision not hers) and then she asked me to choose only two of my concerns on my 2 YEAR OLD! I needed a referral, and my son was complaining of his mouth so she checked him up and then I asked her if she can check my sons cut and she denied! She said we ran out of time (10 min consult after I waited for 40min) and then she opened the door. I’ve never seen a doctor who denies to check on a CHILD! So if you see her make sure you choose only two of your symptoms. Ignore the rest or come back as she told me. No wonder why she’s always available."

"Try to avoid this medical centre especially Dr Mahasti. Your time wont be respected at all. I booked my appointment with Dr Mahasti at 8:30 for 12:15 and got confirmation for that, there was this question that if I have been therebefore and as I was there acouple of times selected yes. Just 30 min before my appointment from this medical centre on behalf Dr Mahasti Taheri and cancelled because I was there more than 2 years ago and as she is a busy Dr she has other patients to give my appointment. I already got my hours off from office to get there and heavily sick but they cancelled my appointment without any valid reason just to put other patients through."

"Very quick to assist. Great help by all reception, Doctors and Nurse. Can highly recommend was assisted very quickly despite just walking in with what at the time looked a little serious (and it was). Very kind and Proffesionals"

"Receptionists are rude! When I booked an early appointment receptionist made us wait outside on the cold with my 2 year old when he was sick. Could not let us in 5 min earlier so we can wait inside. Also every time I call or come in person receptionist are not being polite. Most doctors aren't great and try to get you out there as soon as possible before property checking everything. Only one great doctor I can go to there. Most times they push you to book phone consult and don't want to see you if you have cold symptoms even if your covid test is negative. No duty of care. It's like doctors can work from home now! I have been going there for 3 years now and wish they improve their service as otherwise they won't have any patients left to see. 3 stars only because of one good doctor and bulk billing."
