"What started out as amazing service quickly turned sour! I paid for an urgent order and was told it would arrive by 3 PM the next day. When I went to pick it up it turns out there was 'an issue with the email they sent' and the order was never even made, delaying delivery by 4 days. Frustrated and upset by the total lack of professionalism, I was told it wasn't their issue but 'it was my fault for waiting until the last minute.' I was shocked and angry by the rude office woman's defensive behaviour. Customer service fail! Please don't make my mistake and end up missing your deadline - walk up the road to Officeworks where they know how to send emails, are kind and you can even save money."
