"Not friendly customer service and poor, we waited more than 30 minutes to get 2 copies. Very slow. Not recommended"
"I waited more than 45 minutes in the front desk looking for laminate a piece of paper, talked with 3 different people from the staff and said that only one person was allowed to laminate, the store was extremely quiet. He was rude and said (after 45 minutes) that the service has to be booked and it would take 2 hours more. The worst customer service compared with the other officeworks."
"The on-spot printing service is horrible!! If you see IAN attending the printing area go back, he’ll treat you like he hates you, even his non-verbal behaviour is disrespectful. Is incredible how a single person destroys the whole experience."
"Went to Auburn Officeworks to get a passport photo done yesterday at 9am. The uninterested girl at the desk said they had no consumables to do the photo. We asked if she could call another Officeworks to check if they had the same problem? This was the biggest inconvenience of her life and she muttered something under her breath and added an eye roll and walked off . I was told they don't call other stores....even though the store was almost empty and they weren't busy at all. That's up to the customer i was told!. Its a shame you can't leave NO stars for this store! Officeworks please train your staff to be polite and helpful !"
"A fantastic Officeworks with a large range of products and free parking. The store is very clean and open for a wide range of hours. Officeworks have a click and collect as well as delivery options. I love the headphones available from here as they have low priced sets of headphones from $2. I normally get the ones with a mic they're $4.50. Great range of products seeking to have everything you need to run a great office."
