"While I am very happy with my purchase, I have to say the service was appalling. I walked in twice in my search for jeans and was ignored both times, even though there were at least 3 staff on the floor, shuffling clothes on racks. It wasn't until I exited the change room with items I had sourced myself, that anyone paid me any attention, to the point that they were sitting outside the change room, waiting for me! I also saw two other customers wander in, look for help and walk out when the staff wilfully ignored them. Will repeat, I am happy with my purchase, but the staff really need some training in customer service."

There were about 10 people behind me she really made our experience with two teenagers delightful. It's very rare getting this type of not good but great customer service."
