"I ordered the Blok pink corduroy couch and had it delivered to WA. I was worried ordering a couch I hadn’t seen in person, Nick from Kave kindly helped by sending a photo of the couch in the showroom which helped me decide on a colour. The website with its specific dimensions and multiple views was perfect for picking the style of the couch and the whole ordering system very easy. The delivery team were also amazing - they came on time and checked each package before leaving. I love the couch, the quality of the structure and material exceed my expectations and I love the colour. Highly recommend."
"Very good quality furniture and GREAT delivery (which is not the case for other homeware stores). We got our bar stools within a week and so I decided to purchase more furniture after a pleasant experience. We got our dining chairs in less than 2 weeks. AMAZING. The delivery man George is a legend and works incredibly hard in delivering even late into the evening. We got our bar stool probably after 6pm on a friday night which is unheard of!!! I also decided to visit the store in Alexandria and the team there are super friendly and not “in-your-face” type. Nothing worse than being followed and stared at. But not the case for Kave Home. Staff greeted you and left you to wonder and were available if you needed help. Wonderful experience in store and online. Will be purchasing more things soon!"
