"Nicky helped me to print my child's birthday invitations. I was so impressed with her customer service! She was very responsive although she was busying serving other customers. She also provided genuine feedback on the print, and she was willing to work with me until I was completely satisfied with the results. I really appreciated Nicky's willingness to go the extra mile. She worked in the customer's interest and made sure that I was happy with the final product. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great customer experience."

"I have to express my unhappiness with this place. I have emailed them 25 pdf files attached to print out. The woman at counter printed some files twice. And she overlooked a few others and did print them. I was happy to rejoin the queue for missing files. And I asked for refunds on those duplicated copies and she said with a frown face it was such a waste to the store. But what did I do wrong. I sent an email as per their instructions and there was nothing I could do. And she was so unhappy for having to print out my files one by one. Because their system didn’t allow them to print all in one shot. Frankly I never had good experience with the store before. I still have to use them due the close proximity. I don’t know when would they start going to treat their customers with respect."

"Got served by Jazz today as I brought something in for an exchange, and she took her time and didn’t assist me at all. Very poorly served. Their policy says we can exchange a product or return with a receipt after the product is examined properly. Clearly she does not know what customer service is, just stood there not knowing how to check what the problem was with the product."

"I just saw that review from @UliaMuao and I just want to say your comments are racist and unwarranted. Do not put your frustrations of your own life on a whole race for no reason. I personally have had great experiences with the Blacktown Print and Copy team who have helped me on every occasion, even when they are in a high volume environment. They have calmly and patiently taught me how to do my own self serve printing which turns out to be quicker as you do not have to wait for your turn and much cheaper than expected! I have also witnessed a lot of the printing workers repeatedly explain and deal with difficult customers at the printers and they’ve remained calm and willingly helped them. There is absolutely no need for the horrible comments made towards an entire race. Disgusting behaviour."
