"I was VERY impressed originally with the service and the price of the product I purchased. The manager answered my call, searched the store for the product and then rang me back. How delightful. So delighted, that I was considering telling several schools I have worked with that this is the place to source formal wear. I then expressed my thoughts in a 5 star review on their website. Here is my review.... Needed a bow tie for my son's formal. All he wanted was a classic black bow tie. Hard to find some say. Not here. The manager was helpful, looked for the tie I originally wanted and .when hr discovered he was out, he offered an alternative which was fantastic. So very helpful and a pleasure to shop at. My review was NOT published and deleted as it didn't meet their standards. The review was FIVE STARS and was positive towards the store, the products and management. When I spoke to the manager in store, I had praised his work, thanked him for his choices and service. This eagerness to please told me here was a small business doing everything it could to get back on its feet, so, I gave them a leg up with words of praise and encouragement. They then slap it down. Why, "it did not meet all our website guidelines." What were they??? Praise wasn't good enough??? When you censor genuine opinion you are hiding something. Never going back, I shall be recommending to schools in the inner west that they source formal attire elsewhere. Disgraceful behavior towards someone who was trying to help."

"I came to Birkenhead Point to buy a suit last week and after checking many stores decided to purchase here. The customer service was outstanding!!! I wish I got the name of the salesman so I could give him a mention (mid twenties, dark hair & glasses). He was extremely helpful, offered good advice and while trying to up sell on accessories was not pushy. The suit looks great and at only $99 was an absolute steal. This will definitely be my first stop for future purchases."
