"I bought my first euro car from Motorbiz. I drove down from Newcastle NSW and traded my car in. The whole experience of buying the car was extremely smooth and Richard gave me an amazing deal with warranty and my trade in. Two days into driving my new car and driving it back to Newcastle, the alternator died and the battery wasn’t getting charged, inevitably the car was not drivable as the systems started turning off and I was stranded in Wagga Wagga for the night. Motorbiz paid for the tow for my car to be taken to my mechanic in Sydney. The tow company was unable to start my car at their depot and Motorbiz paid for another flatbed tow for the car to be taken to the mechanic. After nearly 2 weeks of problem after problem with the tow company, my car finally got to the mechanic and I was told I needed a new alternator and battery. Motorbiz ended up paying for my new battery and warranty covered the alternator. Everything that happened was unfortunate but the staff at Motorbiz were extremely helpful and apologetic. I’d definitely recommend purchasing a car from this dealer as they are genuine guys and actually care about their clients and the cars they sell.
