"Stay away from this shop ! I came to buy a dress 2 months after I gave birth, and couldn’t try it on me as I was with my baby. After 17 days I came to get a refund as it’s not for me and they refused to give my money back and gave my credit voucher as their policy said 14 days. I tried to explain them that I have a little baby but they didn’t care about that !"

"Was helped by Lauren today. Shopping as a bigger girl can be super daunting but she made me feel so comfortable and confident. I was uncomfortable about shopping for a dress but I had an event coming up and had to, thank God for this girl that made it 1000% easier. Will be going back!!"

"Theres a store manager here today who was in a paisly dress and had her dark hair tied up in a half do. She referred to me as my love in a really condescending way and when I addressed it with her ignored my complaint and then continued on to call me honey. I told her to stop with the pet names and At one point she got extremely defensive and started speaking over the top of me. Really unprofessional and whether or not she means it in a bad way she needs to be spoken to about her demeaning tone and to be respectful to not continue with the pet names ones she has been spoken to about coming across as demeaning."

"Black hair lady staff name Raphaelia was giving me extremely disappointed experience here at Bondi store. Dont know why she expressed her bad attitude and face on customer like that. After she cant search for my phone no. In the system then I repeated that, she was showing extremely annoyed with that then asked me for my last name, because my last name is way too long and complicated to read out so I asked her may b try again, she start showing impatient. Then bang the barcode scanner hardly. I was asking that last time I signed up the membership instore and was receiving a $10 voucher. She again acting like looking down on me and said that only for the full price with negative voice, talked without eye contact like she was so annoying. The shirt is not cheap. I cant understand why she expressed her attitude to customer like this. Wont visit this store again. I felt even like I dont want this shirt anymore as it doesn't deserve this price paid with negative feeling left behinds."
