"I am very honoured and pleased that Sifu Leong has taken me in as a student to learn Jun Fan Gung Fu at the Sydney Academy. I find him a very soft spoken Sifu who is willing to share his vast knowledge of Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do. His skill level in the art is extraordinary. As with all martial arts we start off with a good intense warm up. Sifu Leong is there with us doing the warm ups and he so fit that he outperforms us constantly. Once the warmups are done we move onto applications, he discusses the technique and the correct usage of the application and why it's effective. Sifu Leong always gives good positive feedback to help you achieve your goals. So If you are looking for a martial arts system to try out then give Jun Fan Gung Fu a try."
