"The in-store manager some young girl just out of nappies. And about as helpfull as a box of hair. Lol The music in the store is so loud the staff cant hear a word you say you almost have to yell at them. The hoody i looked at had a stain on the front of it that the manager said what was the colour? She cant see a stain, Funny that was the only one with marks on it, See needs to put her glassers on and look again. So uninterested in fact or just couldnt hear from the loud music. And no body in the store, maybe she needed her ears checked as well. And the other girl umm at least she serve me and was able to hear and see the stain. Buying a hoody priced at $89.99 with a. Stain on the front? I DONT THINK SO. asked was there another that size they said no. But when i looked funny i was able to find one. Left with a head ake from that loud music. OMG"

"We came to Factorie yesterday (14 September) to help my sister find some new clothes. My sister is quite an anxious person (won't speak to people she doesn't know and won't try clothes on), however the young lady who was on (sorry I didn't catch name) was absolutely gorgeous with her and got her to talk about clothes she likes and got her trying things on. We had to go back to the shop at one point because she felt so comfortable and wanted to look at more clothes! Thankyou so so much to this wonderful worker. It was an incredible shopping wxperience"

"I have been to the Parramatta store on several occassion and only twice have I had a good customer service experience. Firstly, I believe all staff must wear a name badge as that identifies whom I am referring to in terms of providing feedbacks as not all should cop someone's bad performance. Secondly, greeting customers at a retail store should be the first thing any staff should adhere to, to a point it should become an automatic response towards a walk in customer. Finally, chatting loudly enough about your personal matters infront of a customer is not only unprofessional but very inappropriate. Again, due to not knowing the staffs' name I am referring to I cannot help your management team but in general customer service is of low level at your Parramatta store. I have been in the customer service industry for almost 13 years and providing 5 star quality customer service has been my main priority when at work. Therefore, it is very unfortunate to see many like wise retail stores lacking in this aspect on a daily basis. Treating another human being with kindness and courtesy should not be requested upon."
