"Constant issues with the click and collect service from this Coles. Never able to get it right. Many times the intercom isn't working and there is a hand written sign to either come and collect from the service desk (two floors up) or to call. No mention of this when you place the order or when they text to say it's ready. When you call no one answers. So many times I've had to drag a baby and two kids all the way up and then juggle a trolley back down two floors. Which sort of defeats the point of "direct to boot" click and collect. Staff ignore you when you go to he service desk so the whole thing ends up taking ages. They don't seem to care how much they are inconvenienceing customers. We have also had multiple issues with order substitions and then when we go into the store the item is in stock they just didn't get it. Do yourself a favour and go to the Woolworths instead."
"This might be a bias review. I only stopped by here on the way home by accident. Free parking, so why not. And found that it has green Tea kitkat! I give 5 stars for that alone."
"Why is this store so cold in winter? Heating obviously turned off overnight. Staff have to wear thermals or puffer jackets. No browsing or big shop for me, just quick in and out."
"It's been a pretty good shopping experience as the shop is quite spacious and bright. There is not much traffic inside that I can stroll through each aisle with ease and the parking is spacious as well."
"Disappointing check out woman, as not one word of greeting, smile or even eye contact. There is no excuse to treat customers this way. Maybe this woman was having a bad hair day. A little greeting goes along way."
