"They had a cheek to sell me $11 sausages at full price on the day of expiry or use by date. I know I should have read the label, but you expect supermarkets to be honest. The Indian looking workers or possibly owners have the worst customer service and attitude and I only go there out of convenience and they stock good brands, but they would sell me 4 times as much if they had actual customer service instead of attitude and arrogance."

Sorry to say that fresh produce is hardly fresh :( they put fresh salad mix on top with wilted old salad mix at the bottom - you will only find out about this when you get home. "I'm a local and used to often shop here. However I will NEVER shop here again. The last time I went in was for a particular brand of milk however they didn't have it. I came back to my car and found I had been booked, they had called the local council to fine me! I always park here and this time parked in a staff parking spot for a matter of a few minutes. CANNOT BELIEVE THEY DO THIS TO THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS! I called the council to find out exactly what I had done wrong and was advised that IGA had called them to book me. It was a matter of 10 minutes! I went in to speak to the manager, who refused to speak with me. No point stopping by for the necessities if it costs me $150! Woolworths in carnegie now."
