"Loved polaris woolworths. That's in the past. Now all self serve . Ugly store. Prices, well astronomical... I have to go there sometimes but seriously want to be an IGA person, none around here. Look i understand profis but the whole place is ruined. Horrible. Went from 10 out of 10 to 1 out of 10. Woolworths management need to get a grip. It's just depressing in the scheme of things."

"This used to be my preferred Woolworths, but something has changed. The huge new self checkout area is one thing, but the spy camera into the trolley when checking out is another. Obviously they want to make sure you aren't stealing from them. Pretty cheeky coming from a company that's been reporting record profits during the "unavoidable" inflation crisis and is known for actual wage theft. Just sayin'"
"Used to shop here regularly but won't be anymore. Store has had an update to the checkouts. Gone is the express lane, replaced by more self serve things. Gone will be checkout persons (not that they had many) and gone will be me. If customers are expected to use these labor saving devices, we should be getting cheaper goods."
