Welcome to the Western Sydney University - Liverpool Campus Student Services Hub! Located at 100 Macquarie Street, our institution is a renowned establishment that serves as a point of interest for students and visitors alike.
At our Student Services Hub, we understand that your time is valuable. That's why we offer a convenient solution to avoid standing in line. By using your mobile device, you can reserve your place in our virtual queue through the 'Services' section on the Western App. Even before you arrive at the hub, you can secure your spot and continue with your studies or relaxation. Once it's your turn, you'll receive an SMS notification, allowing you to make the most of your day without waiting in a physical queue.
If you don't have a phone, no worries! You can still add yourself to the queue through our Student Services Hub website or by using the kiosk available at the hub. The kiosk provides a digital screen nearby, keeping you informed about your position in the queue.
In addition to our efficient queuing system, we also offer a Virtual Service option. This enables you to connect with our friendly team without the need to come to campus. Simply join the Virtual Service queue on our website and follow the SMS prompts to establish a Zoom connection with a Student Services Hub staff member. This way, you can conveniently address any queries or concerns from the comfort of your own space.
Our Student Services Hub operates from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4:30pm. Please note that we are closed on public holidays. During exam periods, our hours are extended to accommodate the exam timetables, ensuring that we are available when you need us the most.

We encourage you to complete the online Student Survey, which can be accessed through the provided link. Your input will help us enhance the overall experience and deliver the best possible service to you.
