"Sam helped me scramble through 2 years of tax returns, that due to employer problems, I had no group certificates for. Sam worked meticulously & tirelessly to make sure I came out even. In doing this I watched her follow the rules explicitly. Looking for legitimate ways to unpick the mess. My other half then popped in to see if he could get some super advice. She was upfront and said I can help you log onto portals and check but she isn’t qualified to help with super. She literally just helped him work out how to login & the best way to contact them. Sam spent an entire hour helping and the guidance she provided was priceless. She wouldn’t take any payment for this! Sam is not only an extremely talented accountant, but a lovely caring human. In addition she has a beautiful golden retriever and a hubby that supports West Ham United!"
