Our mission is to offer the finest produce in and around Melbourne, providing locals with a convenient one-stop shop for all their food needs. At Gum Tree Good Food, we pride ourselves on offering the freshest fruit and vegetables direct from the growers, as well as Noisette sourdoughs, Peter Bouchier meats, chef-prepared meals, wonderful cheeses, and a wide range of grocery suppliers. In 2012, we expanded our presence to Albert Park Village, and in 2015, we ventured into the bustling hub of Toorak Road in South Yarra. We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening a new store in the vibrant suburb of Brighton in September 2022. This means that locals in these areas now have a stunning store where they can find the highest quality produce Melbourne has to offer.

When it comes to our products, we go the extra mile to ensure freshness and quality. Our owners personally travel to the wholesale market to handpick the freshest fruit and vegetables. We also take pride in our partnership with Bouchier meats and Noisette sourdoughs, two renowned suppliers known for their exceptional products. We believe in providing great value for money, and this is evident throughout our store.

One unique aspect of our store is our Gum Tree Good Food brand, which includes a range of delicious dips. We tasted over eighty dips from various Melbourne suppliers and carefully selected the best recipes to create our own signature line. We invite you to indulge in these mouthwatering creations.

When it comes to our eggs, we source them from Grampians every Thursday, ensuring that they are sold within seven days of being laid. This guarantees that you are getting the freshest eggs possible. Did you know that a "Choice" survey found that the average supermarket egg is 5½ weeks old? We believe in offering our customers the very best.

Lastly, we have a special treat for ice cream lovers. Jock, with full support from Brigid, our owners, started making ice cream after a motoring incident left him with extra time on his hands. This experimentation led to the creation of unique and delightful ice cream flavors that we know you'll love.
