"The 50+ old man- Steve works in the back storeroom, he is lazy and selfish, irresponsibility. I saw him talked to his friend for hour in the store during the working hours many times. Pay wage for this kind low work ethic staff that is why the items cost so much in Coles."

"Beyond useless ,their standard is 1 express checkout which has a line up of 2-4 trollies ,self serve just shots itself so you have to wait 5 mins for a employee to fix it, I know it's Frankston but the bars not that low."
