The educators (Mandeep, Raj, Simran, Zarith and all of them) are truly exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to provide a personal touch and have formed strong bonds with my daughter. She is always happy and cheerful. They have provided extraordinary support when it came to food. They have gone the extra mile to help my daughter explore and embrace new flavors and textures. I am particularly grateful for the educators' patience and understanding during this phase. The management team (Roshani, Neha and Aparna) deserves equal praise for their outstanding leadership. They are always available to address any questions and their genuine smiles and greetings have created a positive environment for us and our daughter. Honestly, it brings me peace of mind to know that my daughter is in such capable hands. We send both our kids here , love going there and we can’t thank them enough … Bottom line if you get availability this is best place and it’s hard to get availability shows how good they are rest all places can accommodate both kids full time , yet we choose this for 3 days each and rest on availability"

"Review about my kids childcare .. they are doing a gr8 job and supporting both kids and parents .. my kids love going to child care My baby girl is 2 year old when she joined she was 1 year and 10months initially it was challenging but she settled very soon and now she miss going to childcare on weekends They provide constant feed back and also asks for the feedback too.. everyday evening while pickup they provide the whole day summary of the day..inspite of getting constant update on Storypark still they take time to talk to u which I feel is very important. my baby boy was 3 months when he started the care .. the reason I started his care was so my baby girl dnt feel ,after we had him we are sending her to child care and keeping him home … when requested for his booking Roshni in the management helped us by providing the casual booking for him when possible which also helped my girl settle better .. management team : Roshni, aparna n Sneha all are so wonderful and supportive.. they understand us as a family by supporting when required.. cnt thank them enough.. My baby girl is in babies room 2 : the educators few to mention ( ranu, aanchal , jalpaben, Lorna ) they have a special bonding with my girl she is so happy when she sees them , the whole team is so helpful .. they always take my girl in there arms as we go to drop off.. it’s a small gesture but makes a big difference for my girl . She smiles @ us gives hi-fi and says bye .. which makes our day go so stress free .. the learning bit is also gr8 she sings songs, she speaks with full sentences formations , she is growing so fast in addition to that going to Tarnite milestones has provided a good foundation to that .. My baby boy in babies room 1: he was 3 months when he started .. not a single day till now he cried, he enjoy going to them with a big smile He is 6 months now he has started to talk one words, he is active and playful all the time, enjoy people around him.. The educators in his room few to mention (simran, mandeep sorry cnt remember few others names ) the whole team loves him so much .. simran specifically has a very special bond she greats him so happily with a big smile. When she is in the evening while pickup she makes sure he is changed and fresh which makes us so happy seeing him after the whole day Thankyou all Sorry few names I dnt remember so I hv attached there pics Thankyou guys"

"I have been into all daycares in Tarneit and Truganina and this is by far the best in the area. The staff is dedicated and caring, adherence to cleanliness, healthy food and innovative ways they get your child to learn. The best thing is the great bond they establish with the child. Roshni is doing a good job as the owner and they have raised the bar for other childcares in the west. Hope you guys open a branch in Caroline Springs soon."
