Lucy Folk Playa

"I was dreaming about a Lucy Folk beach robe for a long time. My boyfriend wanted to surprise me and purchased me one for Christmas. He wanted to buy the large size but the seller told her to buy the smaller, she said it will be 100% good for my size (its not) and she said its no issue to exchange it for larger after Christmas (she said they have it in stock). FYI: They did not mention they don't except returns for refund! (this was on the 23rd of Dec) I went back to the store first day after they reopened after Christmas break and apperantely the large size is sold out Australia wise and they wont have it again until February. The only option they offered me is a store credit (but cant use it as leaving AU in few weeks, and wont be here in Feb anymore) Im leaving AU in 3 weeks for forever so got a $400 credit note that I can never use, great. Super disappointed, this isn't the way how they should treat they customers."
