He swiftly organised for my sentimentally important watch to be sent away for repairs, ensured me that the greatest care would be taken, and informed me of the entire process before completing the appropriate documentation. "Found my watch on a walk through the City. I was disappointed to not find the watch at an AD, but Omega had the stock. Made an appointment to visit the store on a Saturday and get the band sized for my son. Our lovely hostess, provided us a full history of the watch, it's ties with landing on the moon, and it's important role in helping Apollo 13 return safely to Earth. With the story telling at an end, my son was presented with his new timepiece. "An excellent large boutique with many in-stock models to see and try on. Other than the really high demand models, there was good stock and selection of time pieces. The space is large and very inviting with many places to sit. Offered a drink and seat on arrival. Upstairs is service centre with watchmakers. All staff very professional and polite. A special callout to Luca who is amazing. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and gave great advice. Bought a few watches and bracelets was adjusted very timely. It was a great experience. Highly recommended."
