"This company has the worst customer service I have ever come accross. My wife's ring has been sent to them for repairs, replacement or a refund as per their guarantee. They do not have phone nber you can call. They do not email back. We have no idea what is going on or when we can get the ring back. They show no respect for the sentiment and importance of what this ring used to mean. No we want our money back and we will never recommend this company. We would never want anyone to experience the same thing. P.s hurry up and call me back Mazzucchellis."

"I made a purchase in store. I was not informed about the no refund policy. The card sign was not visible and I was not verbally or visually informed. After I purchased a necklace for my nieces 21st birthday I was contacted and informed someone had a very similar necklace. I went back to the store 10 mins after purchase and was informed of the no refund policy then. Neither staff could give me a refund or credit only an exchange as they said there was no manager able to do this in store. I will not purchase jewellery from this store again."

Tania has been so helpful, she has gone out of her way to help me with some last minute gifts and kept me informed throughout. If you are looking for something for yourself or a gift I cannot recommend her and her team more, you will not be disappointed l;)"

"I bought a wedding ring from her and only wore it 1 year and 2 diamonds fell off. They then replaced for free and then another 6 months later another 1 fell off which they replaced for free. Although the 3rd time around 3 diamonds fell off and they are refusing to pay as it's apparently my fault because the ring itself wore off. My engagement ring is the same style and not 1 diamond has fallen off and I have worn this longer than the wedding ring I bought. I would never buy anything from this store again. If you expect to buy a ring and wear it you wouldn't be able to trust that it will last for more than 6 months."

"The staff here at Miranda were so helpful and patient as I chose my necklace. They went above and beyond for me transferring the original necklace I wanted all the way from Perth..in the end I decided on one from their own store and they were still very accomodating. They took their time with me and were not pushy, they made me feel relaxed and were very friendly. I recommend going in to see their range and the lovely ladies at Miranda."
