"Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at Macfield's. Visited to exchange an item to large, I purchased from Rockdale Plaza, they didn't have the same stock, so reluctantly chose another item. The lady serving wanted to charge me extra, even though I had purchased originally 3 garmets for $15 each. I finally told her don't worry I'll go back to Rockdale as there customer service was not the same as her store and they will exchange in the same style but White. Went back exchanged at Rockdale, hassle free. Won't ever step into Glenquarie again. Their store wasn't as colourful and somewhat messy. Hope you have a merry Christmas and get some rest to come back with a smile in 2023."
