"Extremely disappointed with the product. I paid $75 but product looked like it would cost less than $20. When I rang and politely asked for refund the owner was extremely rude and said that the same piece for $150 is a better one. However there website does not mention that you get a poor quality product for $75 - it is still hard earned money and I do not appreciate there ethics they are cheating customers. Would not recommend buying from there website. She did not offer a store credit either. when asked where can leave my feedback with your service the owner replied "you don't need to do that" she did not offer me a platform to express my dissatisfaction either and save other people from making fool of themselves. That's a sign of very unprofessional business management."
