"I was very dissatisfied about their services , I rang four times to book an appointment. They never returned my call , which I find very very rude, THen I Rang an old number of the previous owner, she gave me the mobile of the current owner. I rang twice I left messages no reply . The best thing to do is to Pay a visit this morning, the lady was so rude , she did not smile or say good morning, I told her I rang you so many times you never replied. She was very angry telling me that I rang her on her private number and she never replied, How Am I suppose to Know it’s her private number . Then she said she is booked out until September. I do not believe her she was sitting down and there was no dogs at all. Came back home not very happy and I managed to get one in Wantirna south , the lady was so kind and professional and my dog did not want to leave her place . That’s what I call great service, which I will highly recommend. As for K9 I will never set foot there and I will never recommend anyone to you . By the look of it you will not be in business for too long . . The previous owner was so kind and professional."

"Amazing groomer! I just took both my dogs there, maltese shihtzu and a maltese scottish terrier. The shihtzu is an anxious dog that doesnt like people or other dogs, and has a tendency to bite. Ive had other groomers turn him away as they weren’t confident they could handle him. Clare did an amazing job with both dogs and handled the biter well!"
