"The red hair color lady in the fit room this morning been soo demanding and rude to the customers!! Unacceptable!!! She was almost forcing people to bring the clothes out and put it in the RIGHT WRACKING?!??!!?? For real??? “IF YOU NOT GONNA BUY IT PUT IT BACK”!!! In a very very rude tone and horrible attitude! Omgosh if you can’t work with people just don’t!!! Please KMART educate your staff! It’s ok to ask to bring the stuff out but NOT OK TO DEMAND IT AND TO BE RUDE TO EVERYONE!!"
"The store has some really good staff who normally go above and beyond for customers. Unfortunately the business as a whole has suffered a major decline since the Target stores were converted into the Kmart fleet in early 2021. Many of the managerial staff from Target were brought over into the Kmart family and subsequently destroyed the once good Kmart culture. The business these days is nothing but a cheap $2 marketplace and customer service has by and large gone completely out the door."
"Don't even waste your time or efforts trying to get through to them by calling them on the phone. Because they don't answer the phone cause I was in the store at the click and collect pick up point I rang the store pressed the number to get out through to click and collect the phone was sitting on the counter in front of me with light flashing on top but not ringing. Hench why they don't answer it cause the have it on silence so they do not have to interact with customers. What great service. I also rang them on the weekend same deal I tried Evey option they gave me to speak to a team member without any luck because the phone is on silent"
"Go to store for cheap household items. Sometimes surprisingly good in value for money. We bought our Christmas decorations here and got everything sorted for less than $100.- Christmas tree and decorations. Oh yes they also sell $99.- surfboards for some reason??"
