"Very reliable and competent service. My colleague referred me to Gurupreet Kaur who manages CBD travels. Fortunate to get acquainted with her. She provides honest advise, trustworthy and understands her customer’s needs and advises in favour of her customers. Here is a recent incident that happened. When my Malaysian Airlines flight (which I didn’t book through CBD travels) first got cancelled, she advised me to reach out to the airlines for rescheduling the ticket even though she gets no monetary benefit. When the same flight got canceled for the second time, she worked very hard looking at all possible options to find another flight. She has also reached out to her associates and managed to secure a booking for us in a very short time span. The ticket price I had to pay was much less than the price available on airline websites. The advantage of going with travel agents is that they provide more options for a better price. They can also block tickets for a certain period at free of cost. The risk is that some travel agents aren’t reliable. But I do not have such fears with CBD Travels."
