Reviews
"educators are very nice and kind to my son. He is happy to stay there whole day."
"We sent our child there based on the high google reviews and because it was close to home. We also went for a proper tour and things seemed fine until they started to attend there. Was highly disappointed, many times children would come home with clothing missing, carers are usually chit chatting on the side whilst my child was being hit by another child, their service is also more expensive than other places with less inclusions e.g. nappies and wipes need to be provided by the parent and on many occasions after water play my child was left with wet clothing unchanged even though I provided clothes in their daycare bag. Just keep in mind parents that you only know until your child starts attending a service don't take it from face value. Not saying all the carers are bad, but unfortunately there are alot of areas for improvement of the centre."
"This is our 4th year at The Infants Home Ashfield, a centre that really focuses on the kids in their care. From Teachers who sit on the floor playing dinosaurs with kids, to Room Leaders who check in regularly with parents about the children’s developmental, social & emotional well being, the kids really are at the centre of thinking. From the toddler’s room, through to the 2-3 year room, and now into the 4-5 year room, we’ve been pleased in each, and if we ever had had any concerns, they have been addressed with a seriousness that as parents, is always appreciated. We’ve stayed with the centre despite moving further away from it, as the stability it’s provided is invaluable. As parents, it’s a great place, and for kids, it’s a fun & loving place, with the right balance of routine & play."
"Perfect first 'school' for my 1 year old. He's been content from day one thanks to the care and professionalism of the educators, who are all smart, kind, funny, wonderful people. The grounds of the Infants Home are extensive, with lots of play areas and green options. The rooms are modern, stimulating (except for the beautiful sleep rooms!) and welcoming. Highly recommend The Infants' Home Ashfield and am so thankful for the experience."
"My almost 3 year old has been attending The Infants Home for the past couple of years. It is without a doubt a fantastic childcare centre. The staff are engaged, nurturing, enthusiastic and their work ethos and relationship with the environment is the best I have seen. We moved house and getting there is a bit tricky now, however we have decided to keep our daughter there and to enrol our second daughter as well. The commute is more than worth it. We could not recommend it enough."
