"I cannot recommend Carla and her wonderful team at Big Paws Little Paws enough! Wally is a sensitive 18-month old Border Collie who can lash out when he is not feeling confident. I was so nervous taking him to get professionally groomed for the first time, as we weren't able to do it at home due to his behaviour around the brush. I was sure they were going to call me and say he was being too difficult and they couldn't do it. I was so surprised when he was ready to be picked up in one hour, and he came running out the happiest (and cleanest) I have ever seen him! We decided to book Wally in monthly to try and desensitise him to the grooming process and build up his confidence. After each session the team reassured me Wally was not unlike any other Border Collie they see and was improving. After only four sessions (!), I have been told Wally has no fear to grooming at all, and jumped up into the bath and onto the table to be brushed! We have now stretched out our appointments to 8 weeks. Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience and professionalism :) I am so happy we found your services and looking forward to being a happy customer for years to come!"
