"I call him out as my fridge was not cooling or freezing and it was urgent . He was more than helpful and came out late afternoon and identified the problem and was able to fix it . He was very polite and explained the problems and even came out the next afternoon to check on it to make sure it was working . The fridge and freezer is working again . "Highly recommended. Very professional service. They investigated the issue with my freezer and identified a broken part. The manufacturer didn't provide more parts for my model so they continued investigating and had they electrician fix the part for us, otherwise we would have had to buy a new freezer."
