Welcome to Beach Park Tourist Caravan Park, located in Cowes, McKenzie Road, 2, right beside the stunning beach of Phillip Island in Australia. Our campground and lodging establishment has been serving holidaymakers for 52 years, evolving and growing into the beautiful beach park it is today.

As you enter our park, you'll be greeted by a serene and park-like environment with lush shade trees, creating a haven for sea birds and native wildlife. Many holidaymakers choose to stay with us because of our close proximity to the town. You can take a short walk via the beach or Beach Street to reach shops, restaurants, and various services in Cowes.

While the township of Cowes has grown over the years, our park remains a calm and comfortable beachside retreat for our guests. We offer 50 grassed tourist sites, as well as a few paved drive-through sites for your convenience.

At Beach Park Tourist Caravan Park, we have a range of accommodation options to suit your needs. Our Island Bungalows, Beachfront Bungalows, and Eco Cabins provide comfortable and stylish living spaces. Additionally, we offer Coastal Units with 2 or 3 bedrooms, located adjacent to the park in their own beachfront setting known as Phillip Island Beach Retreat Cowes.

Our bungalows and cabins are equipped with decks, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans. Sliding screen doors ensure a comfortable breeze on hot nights. All sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.

Our Beachfront Bungalows offer breathtaking views of either the pool or the nature reserve and beach. They feature modern, fully self-contained kitchens, ensuites, spacious living areas with two lounges, TV/DVD, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with its own TV, while the second bedroom offers two double bunks.

The Island Bungalows feature a modern and stylish interior, fully self-contained kitchens, ensuites, ceiling fans, and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The lounge area includes a TV/DVD, and the queen-size bedroom has its own TV as well. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and an overhead bunk.

Our Eco Cabins and Villas are perfect for families, offering fully self-contained spaces with kitchens and ensuites. The lounge and living area provide comfortable seating, a TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and ceiling fans. The sliding screened door leads to a deck where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The Eco Cabins have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two sets of bunks or a triple bunk.

For those seeking a single or double-story apartment, we recommend Phillip Island Beach Retreat Cowes. These apartments are available in various bed configurations to suit your family's needs. They feature bathrooms with spa showers and washing machines, modern kitchens with hardwood floors, and spacious living areas with large decks offering views of the beach. The upstairs area includes two queen rooms, one with an adjoining spa and the other with a shower. Downstairs, you'll find open-plan living spaces, additional bedrooms, and laundry facilities.
