"BUYER BEWARE! We knew the directors wife personally and so engaged this company for our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom reno. What we received was a sub-contracted builder and his team of apprentices, called All Class Building run by Daniel. Weeks into the project we had an independent builder check their work and also the sub contracted plumber, Rozelle Plumbing. 4 pages of defects later, we had to ask for corrections to be made, my husband even tried to get a hold of the director and he didn't have the courtesy of calling us to discuss. We later discovered plumbing works weren't up to scratch, when we approached plumber they said nothing at issue here, the sheeting could go in no problem - Just Screw It said the same (picture attached). We ended our dealings with them but here is a list of the corrections we had to make with a new team. Plumbing (taps had to be moved into the correct spot, waste pipes changes to larger capacity, had to remove all the rubbish they left under the house) the carpenter apprentice hammered a hold through the floor which we had to pay to correct the ceiling underneath. They destroyed plants in our garden during the demo phase, the builders took tik tok videos of our property without permission, proper sheeting was never hung to seperate the building level to other areas of the house properly. Our signed contract was with the builder director Chad Loxsom, he quoted but we had nothing to do with him ever again. I did hear back that they had issues with the long hours our sub contractor was working (8/9am until 6/7pm) and the materials they purchased each week, we still have a lot of material left onsite which was never required. In addition, for every trade we have had to hire since, as soon as I mention the name Just Screw It, they tell me they only hear bad accounts of this company. Put your hard earned money into a more professional building company."

"I've used JSI a lot and recommend the company without reservation. They show up reliably, give full informed quotes, take the time to explain, are fully responsive to any queries or suggestions, and provide consistently good, solid work. JSI has a cadre of workers, a full time office staff, and an intelligent and responsible management team, all of which makes for a good experience and - economies of scale! The most recent work done was installation of large outdoor windows in my garage, enlarging a window in outdoor study, paintwork and clean up. There were the usual small hold ups - such as an outside brickie not showing up - but they solved it. No small contracting job is without its minor hitches but JSI always keeps me informed and finishes the job in a good time frame."
