"UPDATE FROM ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: Went into the store to order an extra 4 boxes of tiles. Was told they’d be in store next Thursday so a week out as they were in the warehouse in Dandenong. I said great I’ll collect them from Dandenong. So to do so I as the customer have to pay $50 for express pick up???? This is a system and procedure that needs a complete overview. Fancy charging your customers $50 when they are doing the driving for the warehouse to essentially just hand it over. This is appalling. And I speak for the others that I spoke with whilst waiting for someone to eventually attend the office even so the gentleman rang the door bell 4 times. So helpful, lovely team and you won’t be ignored when entering the building. They’re helpful and helped me to my car. A rare service that isn’t around these days."
""Best service by Far." We visited several trade and retail outlets for tiles, a vanity and accessories for an ensuite bathroom renovation. We compared them all on product, price and service. The products were much the same everywhere, price varied slightly with some items cheaper at one store but other items dearer. In the end it came down to service and one staff member stood out above all others from all other outlets. Emma Black at Beaumont Tiles in Mornington was courteous, knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, gave expert advice where we needed it and was extremely efficient in processing our order. "I'm so happy that I used Beaumont Tiles Mornington to secure my tiles during lockdown. They were so helpful and I LOVE the tiles I chose. Several weeks later when we actually started to tile we realised that I miscalculated and was a box short. I called the store and Emma was SO helpful! She tried very hard and ended up finding the last box of my batch, directly from the supplier. Emma couldn't have been more helpful and the communication was excellent. Thank you."
