"Went to Bowens to buy some fence lattice. Big mistake from the very beginning. Was told to order on line which I did and paid for it. I received an invoice and a message to say that when it arrives I will be notified. Two weeks went by so I contacted them and they told me I had already collected the items which I hadn’t. After an hour later I received a call to say my order is ready for collection. When I arrived to collect the fork lift driver said it’s about time I showed up. When he placed the load on my flatbed truck the top length was damaged in three places. I am still missing a section of length due to poor handling. I think they are more geared up for the building industry than a small backyard job. Either way, not happy. Will never go back."

"This would have to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.I rang them Monday afternoon for a plaster sheet costing and availability promised I will have it Tuesday morning it didn't happen called again Tuesday afternoon promised again it will be emailed straight again still waiting. Ordered plaster sheets from another supplier got excellent service and ordered straight away. Bowen's very disappointed will never use you again get your act together and train your staff better. To many promises and no action."
"Poor customer serivce. The customer service just don't read the email and the messages left via phone never been read or follow up phone call. I decided to ahead with them simply I can save some money. But the customer service is slow and unresponsiveness"
