"Got a roast pork roll with gravy and apple, and was surprised to find it a bit tasteless and not much meat sadly. Had to try it as it seems pretty busy. Must have been a bad day we visited."

"Worst customer service ever!!! Stood at the counter to order a sandwich, two staff are in the back which is about three metres away and can both see me. One stays there and avoids eye contact and the other comes out the front, walks right past me to start fiddling around with the position of the lettuce in the cabinet next to me. She was one metre away and ignoring me purposefully. I waited for five minutes and just got ignored (no other customers there) so I left. Glad they’re making so much money they can just ignore customers when they don’t feel like serving. Lucky them"
