In response to the growing demand, Paddy Pallin opened his first store in Sydney in the early 1930s. To cater to the entire Australian market, he appointed agents in each state and even offered a mail-order service. This dedication to meeting the needs of outdoor enthusiasts propelled Paddy Pallin to become a trusted name in the industry.

The backpacking travel boom of the 1960s brought about a whole new market for Paddy Pallin. To meet this demand, the company opened more stores across the country, ensuring that adventurers everywhere had access to their top-of-the-line products.
