"Food is good here but twice in a row they messed up part of the order. The young man who took the order over the phone read our order back to me to make sure it was right, it was, but when the food arrived, part of the order was messed up again. I rang and very politely said "I'm really sorry but I do have a complaint". I was met with a very rude, curt and arrogant "Yeah, yeah, what?" You want to improve your business? Then don't speak to customers like that. We will not order from them again. So very disappointed in that attitude."
"just collected an order for 2 pieces of fish and potato cakes and 2 scallops on 1 Oct 21. One piece of fish grilled, the other battered. We have been customers to this business for many years and live in Chirnside Park. The piece of flake grilled was miserable, shrivelled, I can't describe it otherwise, the other piece caked heavily in batter. We won't be back. I would have been better buying fish at the Shopping center and cook my own"
"Today, we ordered grilled flake, fish souvlakia, 2 dim sims & chips cost $21 not happy with the size of the flake. Flake was maybe 50mm wide, 15mm thick (at most) and 200mm long. It was like a long thin fish fillet. We haven’t been here for a long time as the past few times the fried fish and potato cakes and been soaked in oil, and unbeatable."
"Today I ordered a hamburger with the lot, steamed dim sims and a piece of grilled flake. It was all delicious. The hamburger was fabulous. Young lady that served me was very courteous and friendly. She said it would be ready in around 10 minutes and it was. Highly recommend."
