Nando's Carrum Downs

"No complaints about food. Great burgers, paella rice, and roast chicken served. They were delicious. The atmosphere and seating were just OK. Service - I gave it a single star because the table was not clean, no cutlery at all. Only forks were available - most were stained with scum. When asked for spoon , hubby was given a few that were stained with leftover food. Who would use them in their right mind. Ended up washing cutlery ourselves in the hand-wash area. This definitely put us off from visiting this joint again. Hope management looks more into cleanliness and improving service. Recommend takeaways as food was good."

"Ordered $78 worth of food for 3 people from your Carrum Downs store in Victoria. Ordered half chicken, quarter chicken, tenders, corn, broccolini, chips, and paella. Chicken was dry. Broccolini was bland and tasted like charcoal as did the paella, which was also dry. Chips were underseasoned. Corn was the only thing that was ok. This was a poor excuse for a meal. Nando's is overpriced as it is let alone when the food quality is horrible. We decided against pizza tonight and regret the decision deeply. Won't make the same mistake again. The Carrum Downs store needs some desperate improvement. I love Nando's normally, but I'll never order from the Carrum Downs store again. Worst Nando's experience ever. Atmosphere was rated down simply because the store was a mess. Uncleared tables everywhere."

"I had a trip to sorrento and this was the only store on the way back so we decided to have a pit stop for dinner. The food was freshly cooked, tender and yummy as always like before. Kids love the chicken my recommendations are Mild chicken sweet potato chips spicy rice Mediterranean salad paella etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would love to visit again some time."

"Ordered some extra large hot chips. Disappointed with the size for $12 but they were actually decent. Hot, nice crunch on the outside and good customer service. Not bad, but will most likely be looking elsewhere for value"

"Awful experience yet again! Received a delivery order and chips were either re-cooked or over cooked. Either way, inedible. The worst thing about Nando’s is that it’s not only overpriced but the store NEVER answer the phone therefore accept zero accountability when they make mistakes. I have never received an order that was 100% correct or satisfactory. The customer service and food standards really need attention and going by other recent reviews, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks so!"
